If you receive faulty or damaged products, please contact us at (852) 2833 2333 or email to info@arh.hk within 2 business days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging. You will need to return the damaged product to our office at your own cost. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. Products that have been opened cannot be returned.
